Located in the Riverbend sub-division in East Regina, this 1,500 sq, ft. bungalow

This flagship hotel complex is about one kilometer from the south runway of Calgary’s international airport. It had to be built during the winter months. It had to have a high sound transmission rating, energy efficiency, and be everlasting and durable to preserve asset values and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
